To ensure I can dedicate my full attention to each dog's grooming experience, I manage appointment requests via text message and email. Average Scheduling Wait
Please note that our average booking schedule is 3-5 weeks for individual pet or small/medium dog appointments. Appointments for multiple pets generally require a minimum of four weeks' notice.
Frequency
To maintain optimal coat health and grooming consistency, we require most clients to adhere to a 6-8 week scheduling cycle. Less frequent scheduling is considered on a case-by-case basis. A maximum interval of 12 weeks between appointments is mandatory for all clients to ensure continued service.
